Aquadeck Warranty Policy

At Aquadeck, we pride ourselves on delivering premium EVA marine decking that’s built to endure even the toughest marine environments. We’ve designed our products to withstand normal working temperatures, saltwater, and harsh conditions, ensuring long-lasting performance and durability. To keep your Aquadeck in top condition, we’ve outlined key maintenance tips. Should anything go wrong, here’s our warranty policy:

What is Covered?

This limited warranty begins on the date of purchase and remains valid for 3 years. Please note, the Warranty Period will not be extended if the product is repaired or replaced. We reserve the right to update the warranty terms at our discretion, but any changes will not affect products purchased prior to the update.
This 3-year limited warranty is for the original owner only, covering the following:

• Pits or Surface Defects
• Delamination
• Damage from Packaging
• Production Errors
• CAD Design Errors
• Shipping/Logistics Errors
• Excessive Fading
• Material Degradation
• Colour Bleeding or Variance
• Manufacturing Workmanship Defects

What is Not Covered?

If the product is exposed to temperatures above 165°F (74°C), which can occur due to sunlight being intensified by reflective surfaces or passing through refractive mediums like windshields, this warranty will be void. To ensure your Aquadeck remains covered, take precautions to prevent such conditions.Additionally, the following are not covered under this warranty:

• Installation Errors
• Workmanship or Adhesion Failures
• Light Amplification or Mitigation Pads
• Improper Storage of Products
• Fading or Discolouration (particularly with black as a top colour)
• Customer-Approved Design Errors
• Normal Wear & Tear (including scuffs, scratches, or stains)
• Animal Damage
• Parts that have been cut or altered
• Products purchased second-hand or by a subsequent owner

Note: Installation workmanship warranties may be offered by a Certified Fabricator or Installer.
