All Aquadeck products that are custom-made to order are final sale. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

For standard (non-custom) retail items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, a return request must be submitted within this 30-day period, and the items must be returned within 14 days of approval.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. A restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied to ready-to-ship items that are returned damaged, used, or without proper packaging.

Once the returned items have been received and inspected, any approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and issued to the original payment method.
